- Develop an orientation process for board members
- Manage expectations for board members
- Create a board handbook
This hands-on lab is geared toward board and staff members of small nonprofit arts and cultural nonprofit organizations in the West side of Chicago although it’s open for anyone to attend. This session will cover the why and how of creating an orientation process and handbook for new board members.
