The learning objectives of this lab include how to:

  • Cultivate individual donors
  • Build an organizational individual giving plan
  • Engage board members in your individual giving plan
  • Make the “ask” for donations

This hands-on lab is geared toward board and staff members of small nonprofit arts and cultural nonprofit organizations in the South side of Chicago although it’s open for anyone to attend.  This session will cover the basics on developing a well-rounded individual giving plan and provide an opportunity to craft and practice your own ask.
