“Colophon” comes from a Greek word meaning ‘a summit,’ ‘top,’ ‘finishing.’ It is a description of the details and methods behind a publication, often found on the last few pages of a book.
Typography
The logo for A&BC is set in Myriad Pro-Black. Primary navigation and page titles makes use of variations of Transport New. Site body copy, additional titles and sidebar content all use Lucida Grande.
Design
Neoteric Design designed and developed this site. Neoteric redesigns websites with a focus on customer needs, site goals, ease of use and engaging design. The site redesign was launched in 2010.
Technical
We used Illustrator, Photoshop, Javascript and TextMate to create this site. The site runs on PHP. Content is maintained using Movable Type 4. The site is authored using structural HTML5 and CSS3.
