Client Intake AssessmentWhen we receive your application, you’ll be contacted by our Arts Partnership Coordinator to schedule an online Client Intake Assessment. The assessment will help your organization identify management strengths as well as opportunities for growth, and allow us to recommend programs and services that most appropriately address your organization's needs.
There is no charge and the results are confidential.
The Client Intake Assessment asks questions in seven key management areas, including:
- Concept Development & Planning
- Board Governance
- Staffing and Organizational Structure
- Financial Management
- Income Generation
- Audience Development & Marketing
- Facilities Management (if applicable)
The survey questions are directed to your Managing Director, Artistic Director and Board President (or other knowledgeable board member).
After the Client Intake Assessment, you will receive the results of the survey and we will discuss ways in which our services can help in your organization's growth.
